T-shirts are not the only garments that can be screen printed, but it is the most common one. We can screen print on jackets, hats, shirts, bags made of fabric, and many more items. Most common orders are for one or two color shirt, but we can print up to eight colors on certain designs and garments. For every screen printing job color separations are necessary, as the number of screens for any design is based on the number of colors in the design. Colors are printed in a proper order to achieve the desired effect. The procedure demands precise pressures, specific inks, and heat curing to result in long lasting designs. We can print six different inks colors at one time. However, we use several techniques to increase the number of perceived colors in a print.

Promotional Products

There’s a reason why promotional gifts are considered one of the first advertising techniques used and why they’re still around. If you take a minute to look around your home or office, you will likely see that you own at least one promotional product.

According to the Advertising Specialties Impressions Study (ASI), promo items are still the most highly viewed form of advertising among consumers. This is true even despite how often consumers view TV or digital advertisements. That’s why American businesses alone spend $20 billion each year on promotional products alone.

What Qualifies as a Promotional Product?

Items that are considered promotional products are typically free items that have a company’s name, logo, and slogan or message on them. Many people think of pens, t-shirts, calendars, or magnets when they think of promotional products. Other items like water bottles, tote bags, notepads or umbrellas are even more examples. However, almost anything you can think of could become a promotional item. The only limit to the possibilities is your imagination.

When used correctly, marketing products can be combined with newer forms of advertising to become even more effective.

PPF (Paint protection Film)

Paint Protection Film (PPF) is essentially a material applied to the surfaces of your car to protect the paint from chips, scratches, and minor cosmetic damage. It’s like a second skin for your vehicle that takes on the brunt of the damages that could otherwise make your car look worn out. Like any other product, PPF comes with its set of advantages and disadvantages.

Pros

HYDROPHOBIC TOP COAT

  • Water Repellent: One of the biggest advantages of PPF is its hydrophobic properties, meaning it repels water. When water hits the surface, it beads up and rolls off, rather than staying and potentially causing issues like water spots or etching.Enhanced Cleanliness: Due to its hydrophobic nature, cleaning your car is easier as dirt and mud are less likely to stick to the surface.

DURABILITY

  • Long-lasting Protection: High-quality PPFs can last for years, offering you durable protection against chips, scratches, and harsh elements.
UV Protection: Many PPF options come with UV inhibitors that protect your paint job from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays.

Self-Healing Properties

  • Minor Scratch Repair: Some advanced PPFs come with a self-healing top layer that can repair minor scratches or swirls when exposed to heat.Maintains Aesthetic Appeal: Thanks to the self-healing property, your car continues to look new and well-maintained over time.

EASY MAINTENANCE

  • Wash and Go: With PPF, you can generally keep your car clean with basic soap and water. You won’t need specialized cleaning agents.
Reduced Need for Waxing: The top coat of modern PPFs often provides a shiny finish, thus reducing the frequency of waxing.

Cons

HIGH INITIAL COST

  • Expensive Installation: The upfront cost of high-quality PPF can be quite steep, often ranging from a few hundred to a couple of thousand dollars, depending on the car and coverage area.

EXPERT INSTALLATION REQUIRED

  • Complex Application: The application process is intricate and requires a trained professional for a flawless finish. DIY attempts often result in bubbles and imperfections.

LIMITED DAMAGE RESISTANCE

  • Not Bulletproof: While PPF can protect against minor dings and scratches, it’s not invincible. Significant impact will still damage the car’s actual paint.
